About H2L2

Movements are built by hands of hundreds

Hundred Hands Learning Lab (H2L2) is a San Diego-based creative design studio partnering with educators, organizers, and changemakers nationwide to amplify intentional, equity-centered movements. Founded in 2024 by Patrick Yurick, Luke Piedad, and Victor Flores, H2L2 builds upon Patrick’s experience as an educator and the evolution of PYD.Studio, integrating deep educational insights with impactful multimedia storytelling.

We deliberately operate as a for-profit creative lab because movements deserve agility, flexibility, and exceptional talent. Free from traditional nonprofit constraints, H2L2 rapidly assembles specialized teams, experiments boldly, and delivers high-quality creative solutions precisely when movements need them most.

From research-driven branding and multimedia production to strategic digital marketing, our approach is rooted in empathy, authenticity, and rigorous data analysis. We believe movements thrive when their stories resonate deeply, their visuals inspire meaningfully, and their messages consistently connect with diverse audiences. Guided by our mantra, “The Lab That Designs Movements,” we envision a world where communities confidently harness creative tools to shape their equitable futures.

Mission
